Do's and Don'ts

  • How soon can a dumpster be delivered?

    In most cases, a dumpster can be delivered as soon as the next day based on availability. Please be aware that delivery times are not guaranteed. 

  • How do dumpster rentals work?

    Renting a dumpster is a relatively simple process.  Call, text, or email Berkshire Roll Off with your project based on the following:

    1. Type of waste 
    2. Delivery address (and specifics for placing dumpster, i.e. left side of driveway, in front of garage, etc.) 
    3. Rental duration

    We give you an exact quote and set up a window to have the dumpster delivered to the job site. You fill up the dumpster, we come pick it up and take it to the nearest waste facility.

  •  What materials are not allowed in dumpsters?

    You are not permitted to fill the dumpster with materials that exceed the top of the container. Additionally, common materials that aren’t allowed in dumpsters include (but are not limited) to:

  • What if you exceed the dumpster's weight limit?

    It is an additional fee

  • Is anything else important to know?

    Extremely heavy materials such as rock, dirt, concrete, asphalt, and brick should not be mixed with regular dumpster contents. Absolutely NO filling of the container above the top rail, NO exceptions.  An additional offloading fee will be applied.
